How it works

Please include your pet’s name in the notes section of your order.
Payment is made upon order, and your commission will be booked into my painting calendar. Portraits are posted usually within 10 days, but can take longer during peak times. When ordering for a special occasion please book nice and early.
Email images to kylieswatercolours@gmail.com, include name of pet in Subject line. Images should be in focus and clearly show the pet’s face.
I will be in contact to discuss the painting in more detail. This will include confirmation of the image I will use to create the perfect watercolour.
Once the painting is complete, I will be in touch to let you know it’s on its way. It will be delivered securely,packaged flat, unframed and unmounted.
I use professional grade watercolour paints and premium quality 300gsm paper
